Product Responsibility

We maintain the highest safety and quality standards in our dedicated gluten-free facility.

Important Safety Notice

While we maintain a dedicated gluten-free facility, we cannot guarantee the products produced are free from any of the other 13 top allergens despite having strict cross-contamination protocols. We also cannot guarantee the grocery products are free from cross contamination during production, packaging or shipment of the goods to our store.

Order Management

Flexible ordering system designed for your convenience while maintaining our production quality.

Collection Process

The responsibility is transferred to the customer during the online ordering process. It is your responsibility to review the allergen information supplied and ensure it aligns to your requirements. Upon collection a further review of the items collected should be carried out to ensure any discrepancies can be resolved immediately. Failure to collect three consecutive orders will result in blocks being placed on your account impacting your ability to order online.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible cancellation policy designed to accommodate your needs while respecting our production schedule.

Cancellation Timeline

Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the agreed collection time. Failure to collect three consecutive orders will result in blocks being placed on your account impacting your ability to order online. Please notify us by email if you are no longer able to collect but past the cancellation window to prevent blocks on your account.

Returns Policy

Due to the fresh nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Return Conditions

Items can be refused at the point of collection. However, should you leave the premise with the goods, this is accepting they are in good order. Any requests to return thereafter cannot be honoured due to liability concerns with the consumables unless under exceptional circumstances.
