Critical Safety Notice

Grocery Items

For our grocery items, we have taken the time to review each label and where needed have this translated to English. All items are free from gluten and suitable for those with coeliac. We have also ensured that there are no 'may contain gluten' items within the store.

However, some items will contain 'Gluten Free Oat's'. These have a protein called Avenin. The molecular design of Avenin is similar to gluten so some individuals with Coeliac may not be able to tolerate gluten free oats.

Online we have flagged the 14 main allergens that apply to each product. Whilst everything is free from gluten, there are also items free from the remaining 13 allergens. Please note where an ingredient list states 'may contain' or 'produced in a factory that handles' we have also marked this as the allergen being present for precaution.

Homebaked Goods

The homebaked goods are made in our home kitchen, which is 100% gluten free. Whilst the ingredients and cooking equipment used are free from milk, the oven that is used for baking has been used to cook milk based products in the past. All other allergens have at some stage been present in the kitchen.

Whilst we always use our best endeavours to reduce the risk of cross contamination through separate utensils, chopping boards, mixing bowls, baking trays and cleaning the oven prior to baking, we cannot guarantee that it is 100% free from any allergen other than gluten.
